At Building Sanctuaries, our passion lies in creating luxurious homes set against a lush environment with one purpose in mind – the convenience and comfort of the expatriate. Over the past 9 years, our partnership of husband and wife together with some of the most creative minds in the home designing industry, have successfully overseen the completion of four bungalows in upscale neighbourhoods around Kuala Lumpur. Through our experience, we are able to empathize with the need for finding a home with ample living space as well as one that comes complete with custom-made walk-in wardrobes, a private swimming pool and a state-of-the-art kitchen.

In our latest project, we are able to offer all of that and more. Situated in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, it is a mere 5 minutes drive away from two large shopping districts with retailers including Ikea, Tesco and Cold Storage located on site. In addition, there are various international and private schools conveniently located in neighbouring towns. Here, it is our pleasure to let you have a glimpse into what could be your haven. To emphasize our commitment in producing top quality homes, we have also included photographs of our other success stories for your viewing pleasure.

Additional note: For smaller-sized families in search of more modest homes, we are proud to announce our recent expansion to the gated community of Desa Park City. According to their preference, families are able to choose between a semi-bungalow and a terrace-linked house. The town of Desa Park City is itself self-sufficient with its own park, clubhouse, shopping area and enhanced security.
